As per PPRA?s Rule # 23(5), detailed Bidding Documents containing tender terms and conditions, for each tender can be collected from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours upon payment of PKR. 1,000/- (non-refundable). 3. No tender documents will be sold on the date of tender submission. 4. Complete bids accompanied by 2% earnest money must reach at office of undersigned which will be opened in presence of representatives of firms who choose to attend.
